Visit to St Andrew's School, Thursday 1st July

9:30 - 11 am. Please meet us outside the school at 9:30 am and pick your child up at 11 am.

Ms Hardy from Roselands is coming

Ms Hardy will be visiting the nursery at 9:45 on Tuesday 6th July

Monday 12th July is International Week

At nursery we will be making flags, masks, dressing up in cultural clothes and face painting

Leavers' Party on Tuesday 13th July

9:30 - 11:30 am. We will be dressing up in our clothes from around the world. Children are invited to wear costumes of national dress from around the world. We also invite parents and carers to contribute food from a variety of cultural backgrounds for the children to taste and share at nursery.

International Music Workshop on Wednesday 14th July 2010

2 - 2:30 pm. We will be learning about music from different countries

W/C 19th July

1. Exhibition / display from around the world

2. Display of 'ECAT' (Every Child A Talker) resources and information. All parents and carers are welcome to come and browse the information about the ECAT scheme. Please feel free to speak to staff here at nursery for any advice.

Parents' Evening

22nd July, 6:00 - 7:30 pm

All parents and carers welcome. Prospective parents by appointment only please. We hope that you will enjoy our International displays and cuisine from around the world prepared by staff members, including Isabel's famous sangria!

**SPECIAL NEWSFLASH** Members of The Eastbourne Portugeuse Society will be giving a special performance of Portugeuse Folk Dancing.

Starting at 7pm, this will be a great opportunity to see something very special and unusual. YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING YOUR CHILDREN who will enjoy seeing the dancing.
