Pooh's website wins Best in Class from Interactive Media Awards 2010
9th Jun 10
It was announced today that our website has been awarded Best in Class for excellence in web design, development and implementation. This is the highest level of award given by The IMA.
The honour, granted by the Interactive Media Awards, recognises that the website met and surpassed the standards of excellence that comprise the web's most professional work. The judging consisted of various criteria, including design, usability, innovation in technical features, standards compliance and content. In order to win this award level, the site had to meet strict guidelines and achieve very high marks in each area - an achievement only a fraction of sites in the IMA competition earn each year.
Said Nursery Manager, Gorete Farkhad:
"We are absolutely delighted with this result. It is a huge achievement and we would like to thank our web designer Jim Richards (www.turnitoffandgotobed.com) for our fantastic site, his 'eye for excellence' and the passion that he clearly invests in his work."
Jim Richards said "I'm delighted to receive this award from the IMA and I'm really happy that the Pooh's Nursery School website has been recognised. They're such a great client - always positive, willing to take on ideas and very comitted to achieving the best they can.
The site works really well for Pooh's and has been a real success, so I'm very pleased that my work has been honoured with this award."
